Sub. Harassments by Builder Lobby and No
help from Nallasopara Police station
Sir,
I, Mohammed Rafique Rajput Age, 59
Years residing at abovementioned address herby make the following complaint.
At the abovementioned address I am
residing on Leave & License as my Residence in Mumbai is being redeveloped.
I am residing in Dange Complex since last five Months. I have to make following
complaint. Previously I was residing at the Daimond Building near Bait ul Nasr
Society, Sopara Village as leave & Licensee.
1. I
shifted on this Flat on 30th April 2011 from Diamond Building on
leave & license agreement is done on 27th April 2011. At the
time of agreement agent who is also the caretaker of stand witness and one
builder Mr. Salim stand witness to the agreement and identified and introduced
me to One Mr Khan Gul Afroz Ayub as the owner of the premises. But subsequently
when I received the first Electric bill of the Flat I came to know that Khan
Gulafroz Khan is not owner of the Flat. Owner of the Flat is Ayub Gaus M Khan
and Khan Gul Afroz Ayub is the owner’s son.
2. I
paid 30,000.00 Rupees as Deposit, I did not receive the proper receipt for
that.
3. Toilet
of the said flat is leaking since the flat is given to me on rent; many times I
brought this to notice of Mr. Rajjab, Salim and Khan Gul Afroz Ayub. The
Builder Dange several time unsuccessfully tried to repair the leakage of dirty
water.
4. On
11th August 2011 when I asked Mr. Rajjab, The agent and caretaker of
Dange Complex the reason for not successfully repairing the leakage of dirty
water, He scolded me for reason best known to himself.
5. On
29th September 2011 At about 7PM Mr. Salim, one of the witness to my
leave and license agreement, threatened me on Phone.
6. Yesterday
when Havaldar Kedar called Mr. Salim in the police station he threatened me in
front of the Havaldar Kedar and also told me He will remove me from dange
complex.
7. Salim
Belongs to the same gang of Builders who disconnected my Electricity and Cut
off my power line last year and tried to dispossess me from the Diamond
Building. Attached is the copy of my previous complaint.
8. Being
an RTI activist and made
these builders pay a fine of about Rs. 65000.00 by MSEDCL, these builders are against me and do not want
me to stay in Nallasopara.
Nallasopara
police station is not helping me. They are more interested in protecting these
builder and encouraging them to continue these type of illegal activities the
proof is nallasopara police station refused to file an FIR for illegally
disconnecting my electricity and water and pressurized me in withdrawing my
complaint. What ever action they have taken on builders and contractor of Vasai
Virar
Shahar Mahanagarpallika is itself a
proof on how nallasopara police is helping these builder and contractor in
their illegal activities . Same incident is being repeated now. Another proof
is contineouly not giving me reply to my several RTI applications in spite of
order of Shri Pawaskerji The Additional Superintendent
of Police, thus putting my and my family lives in the hands of antisocial
element.
I
request herewith to Shri Deepark Devraj, Dy. Superintendent of Police to take
stern action on these builders and contractor and police officer/s and also
initiate necessary enquiry/ies if required.
